I am Dominika Lothary, a professional deeply rooted in the fields of engineering and business management. My academic path includes a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, leading to a Master of Business Administration in Engineering Management.

Presently, I am advancing my commitment to pivotal societal challenges as a freelance PhD student focused on Sustainability and Digitalization. This endeavor represents my dedication to the critical issues that will shape our future society and planet.

My professional journey has allowed me to occupy various strategic and leadership roles where I’ve amassed comprehensive experience in corporate strategy development, project management, and product innovation. In these roles, innovation, sustainability, and the adept use of digital technologies have consistently been my focus.

In addition to my professional roles, I have written and co-authored scientific articles and my book “Menschenzentrierte Unternehmensstrategie: Erfolgreiche Gestaltung und Entwicklung eines Unternehmens in Zeiten des Paradigmenwechsels”.
